Challenge
The VIACOM Showcase is an annual event to present their channels and properties to potential and existing clients. The objective was to reinvent the Showcase format, challenge the traditional presentation format and deliver an immersive event that allowed the guests to learn about, interact with and socially share the brands and platforms.
Approach
Using ‘Fans First’ as our creative strategy, we transformed a warehouse in central London into ‘On Set with Viacom’, a series of interactive, immersive TV, film and digital technology sets that produced visually inspiring, shareable content influenced by and showcasing the global brands, franchises and formats. This was an event that would allow guests to not just passively listen to us, telling them about the strength of the brands, the resonance of the franchises, the scale of the platforms and the impact of the advertiser solutions but to see and experience these for themselves.
By allowing our VIP guests to experience the fun behind the scenes, we turned them into excitable fans whilst also offering a space to network with a difference.
