Challenge
Lidl wanted to market their
new baby range, Lupilu, to Nickelodeon’s parental audience.
Approach
Lidl had created a fun series of TVCs which contrived to show babies inner thoughts – all voiced by adults. We developed a programming block called Nick Jr. Playtime – to be sponsored by Lidl – alongside 6x 10' billboards to top-and-tail the cartoons in that block.
I developed a series of scripts that expanded the original concept, with babies articulating their excitement and anticipation of the upcoming programmes. These were voiced by the same VO artists as the TVC’s and set to cutdown edits of the original spots.
